The Ports To Plains initiative is in direct competition to the Front Range Toll Road and considered far more viable than the Front Range Toll Road by many. This is also supported by Senator Wayne Allard.
Frankly, I don't really know that much about Ports To Plains, so I've provided some links here to sites about the project. However, I do know that it's a project much more supported by the rail and trucking communities.
