- SB06-078 - Senate Bill introduced by Senator Tom Wiens removing the power of eminent
domain from a private toll road company (since amended)
- SB06-115 - Senate Bill introduced by Senator Stephanie Takis that requires private
toll road companies to inform county clerks of a proposed route and impacted properties.
- HB06-1003 - House Bill introduced by Representative Jack Pommer that makes a
private toll road company accountable and follow the same procedures as a public entity.
- HB06-1096 - House Bill introduced by Representative Lynn Hefley that limits the use
of eminent domain by special districts until elections are held.
- HB06-1099 - House Bill introduced by Representative Cory Gardner that limits the
government's ability to use eminent domain to turn land over to a private entity.
